The constant question of America has become: WHAT are the constitutional (our government) limits and boundaries of employment by: “executive privilege” in terms of the presidency?

Answer: as the preamble states, and the amendments clarify/ simple as that. Because the oath of office qualifies what can and cannot be done by requiring the recognition of penalties as are inherent in “swearing before the nation/ yes you will”.

That oath of office is: “I do solemnly swear, that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States”.

It is not, “I am now king or god or without supervision”/ but employee of this nation, instead. The constitution being the government of this USA.

Thereby we do understand as directed within the articles which follow our union of states; which is“called the preamble”. That there are duties and allowances for realities of governing that should be implemented, rather than owned. Among them article 2 section 4: …..removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. “in other words, like the judiciary: they may only keep their jobs during good behaviors”’.

So we ask: WHAT IS TREASON?

ANSWER: it is the refusal to obey our laws of democracy (we the people rule ourselves, by the law we create)/ to deny our constitution (by creating rules, “to become rulers and tyrants over us)/ to corrupt and remove our securities (by bankrupting our truth, our work, our resources, or our children and their future). Discarding the future, infrastructure, and reality. By claiming “let the children pay”; they are dead anyway. And releasing “NAZI (we are the law now)”/ we are the power, and you are as nothing to us.

So we ask: WHAT IS BRIBERY?

ANSWER: to use the influence of government and courtrooms to instill and invest our existence as a nation; in the things you believe. Rather than the truth of what we accept by our law. Among these influences are: the removal of all freedom, liberty, privacy/ to generate fear: in order to make the people OBEY. As seen with covid. The claim of pandemic, without true real world evidence built upon truth. The curse of religious acceptance in “the universities are god: and subsequent payment of extreme and ridiculous amounts: built upon your own fears.” the counterfeiting of currency, and its laundering through the universities, “wall street” and more: to keep the public quiet and controlled. While the nation is destroyed.

So we ask: WHAT IS A HIGH CRIME?

ANSWER: to gamble all life on earth in worship of the cult called university/ by letting them inject and mutilate/ crucify the bodies of life which are nature created by genetics; and control the fate of all life on earth; by claiming the religious belief “university is god/ no consequences for us”. As is the death of life on earth.

ANSWER: to gamble with “bringing the same fire here as is on the sun”/ with fantasies and delusions and insanity beyond the comprehension of our reality. Because the cost of being wrong is: THIS EARTH BECOMES A SUN. their guarantee, as a religion: “we don’t have to worry, not enough gravity here”. So a million mile long flame that burns your skin in summer from 94 million miles away: “will just extinguish itself”. WHY? Because they want what they want; and don’t want truth to lead.

ANSWER: to remove all resources, discarding them as garbage/ refuse all consequences of human overpopulation/ deny all truth of poisons and pollution/ curse the world by ravaging every habitat and every foundation of life on earth. “just to start”.

So, we ask: WHAT IS a misdemeanor?

The refusal to accept truth decides/ by demanding “we want what we want”; creating the fate that is extinction. Because the people fail themselves, and have only leaders that fall into the abyss of what they want too.

WHAT IS THE ANSWER: to return to the truth, understanding our laws of government are created, and enforced by ourselves. Therefore to be a true democracy means: ONLY THE LAWS WE UNDERSTAND FULLY AS SOCIETY/ can be implemented to control or rule over our society. That begins in the clarity of what is called the preamble or governing description of our own democracy as is the preamble of this USA.

Which requires eviction of “university rules, and destroys democracy instead”: to install and create they alone (the expert) shall decide; as is communism and worse.

WHAT IS THE ANSWER TO GOVERNING OURSELVES?

ANSWER: to let truth decide for us, as best we can/ without the taint, corruption, conspiracy, or collusion: of people who want what they want instead. NOBODY gets to want what they want: only truth decides for us all. Because there is no safety, peace, justice, or harmony outside of truth.
