There are guidelines in history; that confront the realities of our day/ and describe democracy in other terms, than by those used against us by our leadership.

In judicial trial: “Madison versus Marbury”; studied in every law school. Marshall wrote: it was the obligation of judges to protect the rights of the individual against alleged infringement by the government. “the very essence of civil liberty”, he said “consists in the right of every individual to claim the protection of the laws, whenever he receives an injury”. ……

..every such government must be that an act of the legislature repugnant to the constitution is void. Moreover the judges were required to resolve disputes and to do so they had to decide what the law was. If a statute conflicted with the constitution, the judges must apply one or the other, and since the constitution was superior to any ordinary act of the legislature, the constitution and not such ordinary act must govern the case to which they both apply. Finally, the explicit constitutional limitations…..

..requires judges to swear to support the constitution”..how immoral to impose (this oath) upon them”. Marshall argued “if they were to be used as the instrument for violating what they swear to support”.

Finally as Marshall saw it, article 6 declared NOT ALL federal statutes to be “the supreme law of the land”. But only the constitutional ones!..those only which shall be made in pursuance of the constitution itself”.

Accordingly Congress has opened the federal courts to persons complaining of unconstitutional government action. Pursuant to the article 3 provision discussed in Marbury, congress since 1875 has authorized the federal trial courts to entertain cases “arising under the constitution”. In such causes the courts have the power and duty to afford REDRESS against government officials who have invaded or threatened to invade constitutional rights.

The SOVERIGN IMMUNITY OF WE THE PEOPLE AS OWNERS HERE; IS ABSOLUTE/ and affords every opportunity in cases of constitutional protection guaranteed: THE LEGAL STANDING TO SUE. Which grants to WE THE PEOPLE, our legal authority: TO DECIDE FOR OURSELVES BY VOTE ON THE REALITIES OF PROTECTION, as the constitution provides. Changing whatever we the people; do so desire, within constitutional intent.

THE LESSON: THE POWER of this democracy is controlled by constitutional law/ and there are none who rise above it to claim power over us all. It is the law of our constitutional protections that is our government. It is the sworn duty of our employees in government: to obey those protections and not exceed their authority to orchestrate or define this society. Covid being a prime example of everything the constitution intended to protect against.

Power is divided among our employees in three groups: congress has the most/ the judiciary is intended to be their watchdog/ the president has the least; and executive privilege is not one of them. His or her legislative authority is limited to: demanding the congress shall convene and decide “realities of orchestrating, the nation” by 2/3 majority: for him or her.

Article 2 section 4: identifies the president shall not participate in any method of disarming or denying the protection of this USA; which includes bankruptcy/ the fraud of currency claims/ or as with covid “demanding Nazi power”. The state of the nation is expressly demanded to avoid these things/ and the secrets hiding what is plain & true of our securities is treason. Which looks directly: “into the heart of government”/ identifying betrayal. The cost of being wrong: when surrendering government to a “university diploma, only”.

the human male animal: believes in power (charging into battle) or fear (running away to hide)/ the end result is always war, which is the removal of law, to claim: “I am/ we are, free to take whatever I want”. The curse of greed, lies, cheating, betrayal, and theft.

As every battlefield proves: THEY HAVE NO BRAIN, and curse themselves/ while the more cunning rat invades “behind the line”. Because the protector is gone. The failure of sense includes: WHERE ARE YOUR LOGISTICS coming from? Because when you steal and kill/ nobody creates anymore; leaving you to starve, poison, and thirst; as HELL becomes your choice.

EVERY FREEDOM IS LIMITED; because every freedom is not disciplined or ordered by respect; for law. Which is the foundation of living together as a united society. Power and pride/ governed by want: removes law by installing rules and other frameworks to create power by focusing on “just one”; to instill fear in the rest. Armies depend upon that reality to force the soldier to do: what they would not otherwise do.

THE LIBERTY to design constitutional law; to GOVERN our employees, by their oath of office is fundamental to all that democracy stands for. Which is we govern ourselves by the laws we make, enforce, or allow. No leader stands in; claiming to be, the king. That is treason.

DEMOCRACY resides upon controlling those who would control us all/ by enforcing their rules, so they can become rulers. WE CONTROL our democracy with law: BY ESTABLISHING REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES. NOT “for the barking dogs/ who disease the process of living with their wants”. BUT BY CREATING THE COURTROOM TO ESTABLISH THE EVIDENCE. So that we can identify what is within the constitutional limits of our government, as we the people; in action. OUR DECISION IS: then controlled by our vote/ and to change what is needed to be changed: EITHER requires what we decide the constitution means for us all, and if our employees obeyed their oath: by our own vote. OR, if change in constitutional contract, as is consistent with “this UNITED STATES, and its clear constitutional purposes”; then by ¾ acceptance of that law/ we the people HAVE changed our government; by our own: united, BY VOTE, choices.

There is a united america ONLY when trust exists! Same is true of families/ same is true of everything; because if you do not trust, hope will fail/ and with it the desires for life change to become a pandora’s box of “believe/ fear/ obey/ hate”.

Trust exists only through truth, and truth exists only through the reality of evidence that living provides or the constant that is “an orderly and disciplined world”. No trust exists; because universities have destroyed that trust by claiming they are “gods, and will do anything they want”. No trust exists; because although humanity fights its fear with bribes/ it knows, this will not last, ending their belief “I will die first/ so I won’t care”.

Love exists only through justice and fair play, because without the values noted that establish respect; there is no union at all/ and rules descend into tyranny, as every leader attempts to take control over those “government” has failed. Love demands we share life, and participate through the examples of our justice/ governed by fair play. The courts fail, media fails, the diplomas fail/ politics has failed/ nature is being crucified/ universities are trying to ignite atomic fire; on a planet made entirely from fuel/ terrorists are exploding “out of the woodwork”/ and our world is dying in every conceivable way. Universities have collected every form of biological weapon possible/ and released covid to extort money; but even worse is “millions now have access to the worst possible scenario of biological warfare; because of what universities do”. Far more than nuclear weapons, and tyrannical leaders; is the truth we are facing our own extinction.

So the critical composition of coming back from the edge of HELL (all order and discipline fails/ never to return); a dead world, a cursed nature. IS THE DEMAND FOR REDRESS in this USA; because nothing less will return us all to the truth of our reality, and the consequences of being wrong. IF we still have time to change “from the living dead”/ back to “humans who are being ALIVE”. WITH the values of truth decides now..
